A living laboratory, in your classroom

Every conversation with EVA is captured: authentic learner questions, reformulations, hesitations, follow-ups, session durations, and topic paths across a full course arc. Anonymized and consent-based, this is a structured research corpus that no classroom observation or survey could produce.

As a research partner, you deploy EVA in your own course, on your own validated materials, live within 3 weeks. You define the research question. You keep control of the pedagogy. You get the data.

No institutional procurement process required to begin — the partnership starts at the scale of a single professor, a single course, a single semester.

How it works

1. Demo. Test EVA on our demonstrator course.

2. Scope. A working session to define your research question, course, cohort, and funding path.

3. Pilot. A paid entry pilot — one course, one semester — sized for departmental or discretionary budgets, signed with your university. It establishes the deployment and the first dataset while the grant application is developed in parallel.

4. Scale. A funded research deployment over 18–24 months within your grant project: multi-condition experiments, sustained deployment, data engineering, and co-publication.

Funding the research

Finding research funding is your craft; providing a credible, properly costed technology partner is ours.

MyFaculty.AI joins grant applications as a named technology partner with a defined work package — a structure evaluators recognize and expect.

Our Head of Research Partnerships works alongside you at every stage: identifying the right funding vehicles, structuring the partnership and consortium, and defining the technical work packages your application needs. And the collaboration doesn’t end at deployment — we are glad to contribute to the resulting publications, particularly in the analysis of the interaction data EVA produces.

Built on trust

Your knowledge stays yours. Course content and the knowledge base built from it remain the institution’s property — non-transferable, never leaving its control.

Your conclusions stay yours. Research partners are free to publish their findings, including critical ones. MyFaculty.AI holds no approval rights over scientific results.

Your learners stay protected. All data is consent-based, anonymized, and hosted on GDPR-compliant infrastructure — EU, on-premise, or in-country as required.

Your institution stays in charge. Agreements are signed with the university, with full IT-level oversight through the EVA Operations Center.
